Sovereign AI Stack is an independent media, research, community, lab, and events platform. It exists because the interesting question is no longer whether AI works — it is who controls the parts, what they cost, and whether you can keep running when a vendor changes its mind.
We track the models, compute, data, agents, edge systems, and physical infrastructure shaping sovereign AI, and then we test what actually works.

Verification
Every signal carries a state: verified, reported, or developing. We say which one, and why.
Method before result
Lab tests publish the question and the method before the numbers. Failures are reported as plainly as successes.
Independence
Partners are named only once a relationship is confirmed, and never in exchange for coverage.
Reproducibility
If we cannot describe how something was measured, we do not publish the measurement.
